What do I receive?

Are Planoras products physical?

No. Planoras products are digital. Nothing is physically shipped to you.

How do I access my purchase?

Your access or download instructions are provided according to the delivery method shown on the product page and during checkout.

Can I customize the templates?

Products that are editable will say so on their product page and will include the relevant customization instructions.

Do I need Canva Pro?

Only when a product specifically requires a Canva Pro feature. The product page will state any important requirements.
